<h2>A. Cancellation Policy</h2>
<h3>Introduction</h3>
<p>Consumers have the right to cancel according to the following conditions, whereby a consumer is defined as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.</p>
<h3>Right of Cancellation</h3>
<p>You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.</p>
<p>The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.</p>
<p>To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (ANTS & FRIENDS GmbH, Konsul-Smidt-Str. 8e, 28217 Bremen, Germany, Phone: +49 421/643 699 0, Email: info@bnd.shop) through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.</p>
<p>To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification about exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.</p>
<h3>Consequences of Cancellation</h3>
<p>If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation. We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you incur fees due to this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.</p>
<p>You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us about the cancellation of this contract.</p>
<h2>Returns</h2>

<p>The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.</p>
<p>You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.</p>
<p>You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for examining the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.</p>
<h3>General Information</h3>
<p>1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.<br>2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.<br>3) Please note that the above-mentioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.</p>
